VIRTUAL

Virtual allows for flexibility no matter where you are. The focus is on bite-size video analysis which allows you to improve one step at a time.

How
  • Send across a sample video of you running.

  • Once agreed this is for you then purchase your package.

  • We will go straight into analysing your videos. Feedback and theory will be explained whilst your videos are being analysed.

  • Complete take home drills then send follow up videos every couple weeks for further analysis. This should allow you time to work on the drills.

  • Focus on 1-2 aspects per video that need improvement to keep things manageable and progressive.

  • Your technique will be analysed and corrective exercises issued based on technique.

  • Ongoing support during your active package.

GROUP

These are fun and costs effective. With ongoing feedback and analysis, the sessions do require constant movement to ensure you get the most out of them.

How
  • Round up a few friends and enjoy a training session together.

  • If there are +3 of you then training can be done at your chosen location.

  • Your technique will be analysed throughout the session whilst you practice the drills.

  • We will cover a range of drills, which will be sent to you after the session.

  • Once you have the drills you can work on them at your own pace and in your own time.

  • Video analysis top up sessions or 1 on 1 sessions following your initial group session are an option if you would like to continue your progression.

1 ON 1

An action-packed session focusing on you and your ability. Getting you quickly equipped with the information and tools to help you master your technique. 

How

  • Purchase your package.

  • We cover everything below in one session – you will need to be seriously focused.

  • Set up weekly or as needed catch-ups. Each session is 45 min.

  • We break down and discuss your technique then offer corrective exercises based on technique. This happens weekly or as needed.

  • Program details and exercises sent to you.

  • Ongoing support during your active package.

  • Video top up sessions are available.

Recommended for those:

  • Who want a personal and specific focus on their program and development.

  • Who may not be local to the area.

  • Wanting sessions in privacy.

  • Wanting to train in the comfort of their own environment in their own time.

  • Beginner, Novice, Pro.

Recommended for those:

  • Who have a group and wish to learn together be it friends, colleagues or kids.

  • Who don’t mind the group environment and a bit of fun.

  • Who want to learn together and train together. This will help you coach & support each other once you have completed the session together.

  • Who want personal and a very specific focus on their program and development.

  • New runners wanting to learn quickly, safely and effectively.

  • Novice runners wanting that next level of performance.

  • Advanced runners wanting that edge or to tweak years of bad habit.

  • Youngsters wanting to improve sporting performance.

  • We break down and discuss your technique then offer corrective exercises based on technique.

  • Program details and exercises emailed to you.

  • Email, IM and other support options available.

  • Video top up sessions are available.

  • Not local to the area.

  • Wanting sessions in privacy.
