Hi Coach, I’ve been running for a long time and have been to many trainings but this was different. It was an eye opener. I’ve had injuries in the past but the focus on this technique looks like it may help prevent these in the future. It does require more energy at first as with any new skill I guess but my pace is already quicker. I did the group session and this encouraged us to analyse others, which will be beneficial later for me as I know what to work on. If you are a beginner or a pro you will get value from this session. I recommended a few friends and they had nothing but positive feedback too. Recommended.
